3.Vat Blue RSN（Vat blue 4）is blue powder ,Insoluble in water, acetic acid, ethanol, pyridine, xylene, toluene; slightly soluble in chloroform (hot), p-cresol, quinoline. Turns brown in concentrated sulfuric acid, and produces a blue precipitate after dilution. Turns blue in alkaline solutions of potassium metabisulfite, and red-bluish in acidic solutions.
Application
Used for polyester/cotton blended fabric two bath dyeing of polyester with little color. The leuco used for dyeing cotton knitwear. and so on.
