Product Description
Acid Green 25 is a green powder, soluble in o-chlorophenol, slightly soluble in acetone, ethanol and pyridine, insoluble in chloroform and toluene. It is dark blue in concentrated sulfuric acid and turquoise after dilution.
Product character
A.Using colorless 1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone (Leuco-quinizarin) and p-toluidine as raw materials, 1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone and p-toluidine are condensed in the presence of boric acid and zinc powder, and then sulfonated and neutralized with fuming sulfuric acid to obtain the product. The finished product is obtained after salting out, filtering, drying and crushing. Alternatively, using 1,4-dichloroanthraquinone and p-toluidine as raw materials, 1,4-dichloroanthraquinone and p-toluidine are condensed to obtain the product.
B.Acid green is mainly used for dyeing wool, silk, nylon and their blended fabrics. It can also be used for coloring leather, paper, cosmetics, soap, wood products, biological products and electrochemical aluminum.
C.Its characteristics are good water solubility, bright color, complete color spectrum, simpler molecular structure than other dyes, lack of longer conjugated system in the dye molecule, and lower directness of the dye.

(2)Dyeing Procedure
Acid Green G (Acid Green 25)must be stored in shade, dry & well-ventilated warehouse. Avoid to be contacted with oxidizing chemicals and combustible organic substances. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames. Carefully handle the product and avoid damaging the package.
