Dark blue powder. Good water solubility, its aqueous solution is lake blue. It is yellow-green in concentrated sulfuric acid, turns green-blue after dilution, and produces blue-green precipitate; it is only partially soluble in concentrated nitric acid and is light yellow-green; it is insoluble in concentrated alkali; it is lake blue when dissolved in concentrated ammonia water. It is slightly sensitive to hard water. 

Take copper phthalocyanine blue as raw material, sulfonate with fuming sulfuric acid, neutralize to obtain the product. After salting out, filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained. . Add 150g of fuming sulfuric acid with a concentration of 104.5% into the reaction bottle, heat it to 50℃ and maintain it, slowly add 25g of copper phthalocyanine under stirring, continue stirring for 2h after addition, then heat it to 65℃ and maintain it for 10h until the end of the sulfonation reaction. Cool down to below 40℃, pour the material into ice water and let it settle, pour off the upper clear water, filter the slurry, beat the filter cake with water, and add sodium carbonate aqueous solution until the pH value reaches 7-7.2 as the end point. Then dry and grind to obtain the finished product.
