Product Description
Yellow powder, easy to dissolve in cold water and hot water, water solution is greenish blue, add sodium hydroxide solution, boiling from blue to purple, soluble in ethanol is blue, purple in concentrated sulfuric acid, after dilution to yellow, copper, iron ion color becomes dark green.
Product character
A.It is commonly used in dyeing and printing industries. It has high reactivity and stability, and can form a strong dyeing effect on different fibers.
B. In the textile industry, it can be used in the dyeing process of cotton, linen, man-made fibers and blended textiles. In mosquito net coatings, it can be used to increase the visibility of mosquito nets and make them shiny.
C.Soluble in water, yellow solution; also soluble in ethanol. Has certain stability to light, heat and acidic environment.
D. High reactivity: The active groups of reactive dyes have high chemical reactivity and can complete the reaction with fibers at lower temperatures and in a shorter time, improving dyeing efficiency.
E.Excellent dyeing performance: Reactive dyes can evenly penetrate into the fiber to achieve uniform dyeing, while providing rich color choices and high color saturation
Application
Used for dyeing silk, wool, leather, paper, hemp and so on.
Cold-Pad-Batch Process:
Padding→25℃ Batching 8-12hrs→Washing Off
Pad-Dry-Pad-Steam Process:
Padding Dye Liquor→IR Predrying→Hot air 100-130℃→Padding Chemicals→Saturated steam 45~90sec.→Washing Off
Pad-Dry-Thermofix Process:
Padding.PU50-60%→Drying110-130℃→Thermofix 140℃ 60sec→Washing Off
The product must be stored in shade, dry & well-ventilated warehouse. Avoid to be contacted with oxidizing chemicals and combustible organic substances. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames. Carefully handle the product and avoid damaging the package.
