Product Description
Reactive Red 194（Reactive Red M-2BE） is a dark red crystalline powder. It is soluble in water and alcohol solvents, but insoluble in organic solvents. Reactive Red 194 is stable under acidic conditions, but decomposes under alkaline conditions. It has a significant absorption peak in the UV-visible spectrum and can be used for analysis and detection.
Product character
A. Reactive Red 194, also known as Red Basic Dye 1 or C.I. 45160, is a synthetic dye.
B. Reactive Red 194 is widely used in dyeing and printing in the fields of textiles, leather, paper, inks and plastics. It can also be used as an indicator in biochemical laboratories to detect changes in pH. It is also commonly used in the preparation of other organic pigments and dyes.
C. The synthesis of Reactive Red 194 usually involves nitration of aniline and azo coupling reaction. Aniline is converted into para-nitroaniline through nitration reaction. Then, para-nitroaniline is coupled with certain azo compounds to produce Reactive Red 194.
D. Reactive Red M-3BE is a reddish brown powder with a solubility of 100 g/L in 50°C water. It is the three primary colors of M-type reactive dyes. The dyed fabric is blue-red. It can be used for dyeing cellulose fabrics and one-bath dyeing of polyester/cotton blended fabrics, and is also used for one-phase or two-phase printing of cotton and viscose fabrics.

Cold-Pad-Batch Process:
Padding→25℃ Batching 8-12hrs→Washing Off
Pad-Dry-Pad-Steam Process:
Padding Dye Liquor→IR Predrying→Hot air 100-130℃→Padding Chemicals→Saturated steam 45~90sec.→Washing Off
Pad-Dry-Thermofix Process:
Padding.PU50-60%→Drying 110-130℃→Thermofix 140℃ 60sec→Washing Off

Storage & Transportation
The product must be stored in shade, dry & well-ventilated warehouse. Avoid to be contacted with oxidizing chemicals and combustible organic substances. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames. Carefully handle the product and avoid damaging the package.
