Product Description
Dark blue powder. Easily soluble in water, with a solubility of 200g/L (20℃) and greater than 200g/L at 50℃. Reddish blue in concentrated sulfuric acid; blue in dilute alkaline solution.
Product character
A.Reactive Brilliant Blue P-3R is used for dyeing cotton and viscose fibers, and printing their fabrics. It has excellent dyeing fastness and is an important blue dye.
B.Bromoamic acid 2,4,6-trimethyl-3,5-diaminobenzenesulfonic acid, m-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and cyanuric chloride are used as raw materials. First, bromoamic acid is condensed with 2,4,6-trimethyl-3,5-diaminobenzenesulfonic acid, then with cyanuric chloride, and finally with m-aminobenzenesulfonic acid to obtain the product. After salting out, filtering and drying, the finished product is obtained.
C.Reactive Blue 49 is generally used in printing, with bright color, excellent light fastness, soap fastness, acid and alkali perspiration fastness, but poor chlorine fastness. Resist salt S is often added in printing, but it will cause the color to darken for Reactive Blue 49.

Cold-Pad-Batch Process:
Padding→25℃ Batching 8-12hrs→Washing Off
Pad-Dry-Pad-Steam Process:
Padding Dye Liquor→IR Predrying→Hot air 100-130℃→Padding Chemicals→Saturated steam 45~90sec.→Washing Off
Pad-Dry-Thermofix Process:
Padding.PU50-60%→Drying 110-130℃→Thermofix 140℃ 60sec→Washing Off
