Product Description
Product character
A. Acid Blue 80 is a typical Chemicalbook dye with a hard-to-degrade anthraquinone functional group. Currently, its dye wastewater is usually treated by activated carbon method, aerobic and anaerobic biological methods. The Acid Blue 80 Index ("ABI") is a relative measure of the amount of Acid Blue 80 adsorbed by carbon materials from a standard solution.
B. It is obtained by condensing 1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone with m-phenylenediamine, followed by sulfonation with fuming sulfuric acid and salting out. Raw material consumption (kg/t): m-phenylenediamine (98%) 702, 1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone (98%) 304, fuming sulfuric acid (20% SO3) 2960.
C. Weakly acidic brilliant blue RAW is mainly used for dyeing wool, silk, nylon and their blended fabrics, as well as direct printing on wool and silk fabrics.
