Product Description
Acid Black 10B has black powder. Soluble in water, the aqueous solution is blue-black, adding concentrated hydrochloric acid produces a green-blue precipitate; adding sodium hydroxide solution produces a blue precipitate. Soluble in ethanol, blue, slightly soluble in acetone, insoluble in other organic solvents. In concentrated sulfuric acid, it is bluish green, and after dilution, it produces a dark green-blue precipitate; in concentrated nitric acid, it is a dark green solution that turns into maroon; in 10% sodium hydroxide solution, it produces a blue precipitate. When dyeing, the color changes slightly when encountering copper ions; the color is slightly light green when encountering iron ions.
Product character
A. Using H acid, p-nitroaniline and aniline as raw materials, first diazotize p-nitroaniline, couple with H acid under acidic conditions, then diazotize aniline, and couple with the above coupling product for the second time under alkaline conditions to obtain the product. The finished product is obtained by salting out, filtering, drying and crushing.
B. Acid Black 10B is mainly used for dyeing and direct printing of wool, silk, nylon and their blended fabrics. The dyeing levelness is poor. It can be mixed with Acid Orange II (C.I.AcidOChemicalbookrange7) to form Acid Black ATT, which has a wide range of uses. It is also used for coloring and making inks for leather, paper, soap, wood products, biology, medicine, and cosmetics.
C.Its characteristics are good water solubility, bright color, complete color spectrum, simpler molecular structure than other dyes, lack of longer conjugated system in the dye molecule, and lower directness of the dye.

(2)Dyeing Procedure
Acid Black 10B （Acid Black 1）must be stored in shade, dry & well-ventilated warehouse. Avoid to be contacted with oxidizing chemicals and combustible organic substances. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames. Carefully handle the product and avoid damaging the package.
